If customer needs more than one pocket WiFi device, please select the days of rental x pocket WiFi device.

Coverage:Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam(excluding Nha Trang Islands), Laos, Myanmar, Philippines(excluding Boracay), Cambodia (excluding Angkor Wat)

Unlimited network data with 4G data 5GB per day and thereafter the speed will be limited to not lower than 1936kbps.Please turn off software backup, synchronization, avoid watching video movies and update application for ensuring that can remain 4G network speed during the trip. There will be opportunities for local operators to slow down or suspend service while too much network data is used in a short period of time. If fully charged, the device can be used continuously used for 4 to 6 hours.

*The minimum rental period is 3 days

一.Pick Up Procedure:

(一) Provide your phone number or voucher number;

(二) Deposit payment

The deposit of the device is paid at our counter. There are three ways to pay it:

(Notes: the deposit will be revoked accordingly if there is no problem with the device and you return on time. The deposit will be deducted if the egg was lost; some parts are damaged or lost, or  the corresponding fees will be charged according to the related term. Further information on these can be accessed to “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” of our website.)

1. Deposit HK$500/device of cash payment will be refunded at our counter when you return on time.

2. Deposit HK$500/device paid by debit card will be refunded within 10-15 working days after returning the device.

3. Deposit is paid by credit card ( just hold the limit $500/device by pre-authorization), the limit will be released in 45 days after returning it.(Please attention: Your credit card must be fully deducted HK$500, if the late return fee is beyond your deposit HK$500, which won't actively inform you.)

二.Return Procedure:

     The device is picked up at our airport counter in HK , then it can be returned at the same place (There is one place to be returned in HK.), and also returned at any Uroaming branches in Mainland China, which no commission charges will be made.

三.Matters need attention.

1. What happens if I don’t pick up the device?

    The order will be held until 10 p.m. on the next day of the pick up date. After that, if you are unable to pick up the device on time, the order will be considered breaching agreement, the device you book is no longer valid, and rental fees won’t be refunded.

2. Can I cancel my order?

    Order cancellation should be made at least a day in advance, which can contact our customer service to do this, and all rental fee could be refunded; the order can not be canceled on the day of pick up date or after the day, because it will be considered breaching agreement, and all rental fee won’t be refunded.

3. Can the rest rental fees be refunded if I return in advance?

    No, the rest rental fees won’t be refunded even if you return in advance.

4. What happens if I do not return on time? Or how can extend the return date?

    The late return fee will be charged at the original price from the next day of your return date to the day our counter staff receive your device, if not return/extend on time.(Note: Your deposit HK$500 will be fully deducted once the late return fee is beyond HK$500.)

    If you want to extend the return date, please contact with our customer service on the day of return date or before the day. The fee will be charged at the walk-in price of our counter.
