Pick Up Procedure:

 

1.     Arrive Pick-up point: Counter A16, Arrival HallA, Level 5, Terminal 1, Hong Kong International Airport. (Service Hours: 0700 -2300)

2. Provideyour phone number or voucher number;

2.1. What happens if I don’t pick upthe device?

The order will be held until 10 p.m. on thenext day of the pick up date. After that, if you are unable to pick up, theorder will be cancel.

Instructions before use:

  • Once the SIM card is activated when it is inserted and only can be activated in Singapore
  • The SIM card is valid  from the activation date.
  • Please keep the complete SIM card body for future inquiries.
  • Please follow the instructions in the package to set up the Internet.
  • This card only provides mobile data service in the coverage area.
  • This card provides 4G network service. The actual connection speed will be affected by various factors, such as the relative location of the user and the transmitting station, website server resources and Internet traffic status, the number of users, the maximum network support speed of the mobile Internet device, computer hardware, software and other factors.

Activation Procedure

  • The landing card is activated, and the APN needs to be set
  • General smartphones can activate the SIM card by turning on the mobile data/data roaming function, and the SIM card can be automatically activated, with unlimited additional settings. If it fails to start automatically, start it as follows:
  • Android APN setting: Insert SIM card > Settings > General > Mobile Services > Enable Mobile Data / Data Roaming > Select 4G/LTE > Mobile Data Network > Access Point Name (APN) > Set APN to cmhk
  • iOS APN setting: Insert SIM card > Settings > Mobile Services > Mobile Data Options > Data Roaming > Select 4G/LTE > Settings > Mobile Data Network > Set APN to cmhk
