Pick Up Procedure:

 

1.     Arrive Pick-up point: Counter A16, Arrival HallA, Level 5, Terminal 1, Hong Kong International Airport. (Service Hours: 0700 -2300)

2. Provideyour phone number or voucher number;

2.1. What happens if I don’t pick upthe device?

The order will be held until 10 p.m. on thenext day of the pick up date. After that, if you are unable to pick up, theorder will be cancel.

Cancellation Rules:
         The order  could be cancelled before picking up ur SIM card; no cancellation could be made after collecting it, because it is travel product. Please feedback ur problem to our counter staff for quality about the card, then the money will be refunded if it is true.
