Unlimited network datawith 4G data 500MB per day and thereafter the speed will be limited to notlower than 256kbps.Please turn off software backup, synchronization, avoidwatching video movies and update application for ensuring that can remain 4Gnetwork speed during the trip. There will be opportunities for local operatorsto slow down or suspend service while too much network data is used in ashort period of time. If fully charged, the device can be used continuouslyused for 4 to 6 hours.

Instructions
一.PickUp Procedure:
(一) Provide your phone number or vouchernumber;
(二) Deposit payment
Thedeposit of the device is paid at our counter. There are three ways topay it:
(Notes:the deposit will be revoked accordingly if there is no problem with the deviceand you return on time. The deposit will be deducted if the egg was lost; someparts are damaged or lost, or the corresponding fees will be chargedaccording to the related term. Further information on these can be accessedto “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” of our website.)
1. DepositHK$500/device of cash payment will be refunded at our counter when you returnon time.
2. DepositHK$500/device paid by debit card will be refundedwithin 10-15 working days after returning the device.
3. Depositis paid by credit card ( just hold the limit $500/device bypre-authorization), the limit will be released in 45 days after returningit.(Please attention: Your credit card must befully deducted HK$500, if the late return fee is beyond your deposit HK$500,which won't actively inform you.)
二.Return Procedure:
The device is picked up at our airport counter in HK ,then it can be returned at the same place (There is one place to be returned inHK.), and also returned at any Uroaming branches in Mainland China, which nocommission charges will be made.
三.Matters need attention.
1. Whathappens if I don’t pick up the device?
Theorder will be held until 10 p.m. on the next day of the pick up date. Afterthat, if you are unable to pick up the device on time, the order will beconsidered breaching agreement, the device you book is no longer valid, and rentalfees won’t be refunded.
2. CanI cancel my order?
Order cancellation should be made at least a day in advance, whichcan contact our customer service to do this, and all rental fee could berefunded; the order can not be canceled on the day of pick up date or after theday, because it will be considered breaching agreement, and all rental feewon’t be refunded.
3. Canthe rest rental fees be refunded if I return in advance?
No,the rest rental fees won’t be refunded even if you return in advance.
4. Whathappens if I do not return on time? Or how can I extend the returndate?
The late return fee will be charged at the original price fromthe next day of your return date to the day our counter staff receive yourdevice, if not return/extend on time.(Note: Your deposit HK$500 will befully deducted once the late return fee is beyond HK$500.)
If you want to extend the return date, please contact with our customerservice on the day of return date or before the day. The fee will be charged atthe walk-in price of our counter.
